How does the 6-month free trial work?
+You get complete access to all Growth Pro features for 6 months at no cost. This includes AI Scribe, Smart Scheduling, Patient App, and all premium features. No credit card required to start, and you can cancel anytime during the trial with no penalties.
How does per-consultation billing work for Growth Pro?
+You're charged HK$10 for each patient consultation where you use the AI features (Scribe, Clinical Decision Support, etc.). Non-AI consultations are not charged. Billing is monthly based on your actual usage, so you only pay for the value you receive.
Is the Starter plan really free forever?
+Yes! The Starter plan provides full clinical management functionality permanently free for up to 2 doctors and 3 staff. You get patient records, scheduling, basic reporting, and eHRSS upload at no cost. Only AI-powered features require upgrading to Growth Pro.
What happens to my data if I cancel or downgrade?
+Your data remains safe and accessible. If you cancel, you have 90 days to export all your data. If you downgrade from Growth Pro to Starter, you keep all your existing data but lose access to AI features. We'll never hold your patient data hostage.
Can I upgrade or downgrade plans anytime?
+Absolutely! You can switch between Starter and Growth Pro anytime. Upgrading is instant, while downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Enterprise customers have custom arrangements. Changes are prorated based on usage.
